Read the demerger documents @berocca, as I understand it, your shares in ISX will remain with ISX but you will be given 1 share in ISXFEU for every 10 ISX shares you own. ISX AU will continue to fight ASX/ASIC in the courts and will concentrate on new Australian business.
This really does seem like a win/win to me.
