    Hi Slura...it is not AMCI that is up for sale it is their interest in the API JV. AMCI has global interests mainly across the coal industry and is simply marketing its stake in API JV. The CUL investment is another separate investment too. That is what I was getting at. Therefore the takeover rules could not apply unless they were selling that to someone.
