Hi Mon, just because you are unware of what the likes of Branan Medical and others have done to 4 out 5 of SBN pattents does not mean it is not so. No one told me I found it myself buried away deep in side cyberspace. The legal claims and counter claims are all there to read and have been posted several times here at HC. Perhaps you were not paying attention.

Why renew when you can just pinch it. SBN can't renew it has no money. And beside the point why bother, Philips and others have already brought out technology that is slicing up the market.

Yes I run my own business and book value means everything for a company that is dead and not trading. It is what you share holders can look forward to if SBN goes under which is almost inevitable in the next 6-12 months.

As for the buyers, the stock market is a wash with fools who do stupid things every minute of the day. What some one else is planning to do when you do not even know why is a poor excuse for an exit strategy.
