I agree. IMO the combined Santos-Oil Search group would have to be the more likely. Either a full takeover or just buy Dorado . Similar to WPL and FAR. STO was intending to down-sell and would more easily do that if it had 100% of the Dorado lease. WPL is apparently still intending to down-sell part of the ex FAR SNE field in Senegal. I suspect any attempt by Beach would be countered by STO as they wouldn't want Beach to come in and have PE rights if STO decided to share the risks. Just my view and interested in comments.
