I am not a technical analyst, and have NFI what the stock will do today, tomorrow, next week, or even next year.

But, if the market does have memory, well there is definitely a lot of resistance at that $3.40-$3.60 level. It first breached that in late 2015, came back briefly and then went on a run.. then it tested it twice in late 2018 and early 2019, before running again and coming back in March 2020 (bit higher) and now again. So if it breaches it again and people start selling, well that'd be concerning.

On a fundamental levels, I've been emailing with the company and intend to talk to them soon. The strategy appears to be clear: invest super heavily now in the distribution, and hope their revenue growth can outpace the cost growth. There's a big lag between the expenses up front and revenue down the road, so will be interesting. I was reading an analysis on Avita which noted that a medical device company should be 15x revenue on a 'fast growing device' - this was to justify their $5 per share valuation. Well, using those metrics, current revs are $25m vs $250m market cap (10x sales on slow growth?), perhaps fair to cheap at the moment.
