Based on the financial reports, rent is the second most expensive liability. Its prudent to close mature locations ( >= 12 months ), which have very less member to sq.m ratio to be closed.
However, I am expecting a burst in new membership and increase in attendance, once the lockdown is over. I expect a spike in SP then.
