Definitely Incompetence ... however honest mistakes can and will happen from time to time. Given the preparedness of the announcement to be forwarded to the ASX, I'd say the damage caused by inadvertently revealing the name of SkyWalker Technology prior to the official ASX release will be minimal. The announcement was obviously very close to be being released. On the other hand, if SkyWalker had wanted the information to be kept confidential for some time yet ... then yes, it would be a more serious matter. However It just doesn't seem that way to me and thankfully, the incompetence was Market Eye's. We'll see ... I'm quietly confident very minimal damage (if any) has been done and both parties will want to move forward together as per the release once those signatures have been put to paper.
