I have looked into the validity of some statements shared here today. Being a shareholder I find them concerning if true.I understand the "vendors" of Ivittuut who sold to EPM.
According to announcement 14/1/2021.
Consist of three parties 1 Cerium
2 Rimbal Pty Ltd
3 Greg Bennett Barnes
I believe the vendor 3 eg Greg Barnes appears the previous owner of the tenement.We all know this.But apparently a group named Cerium Pty Ltd was formed in November last year, just before the sale, and appear to be getting paid a huge amount of shares for selling Ivittuut. Cerium Pty Ltd website was only formed a few months before the sale. Down the bottom of the site you can see their ACN reference and website establishment date. You can search the ACN online to check it too.

This is all easily verified. But now I recommend you do your own ASIC search. When I look it shows me the Cerium Pty Ltd to be half owned each by two Afghanistan born boys aged 20 and 21. This is very unusual. How do two Afghan born 20 year old boys suddenly gain Australian residency and ownership of a multi million dollar investment just months before its sale? This is very unusual to find indeed.
