Others may set me straight here but I’d like to run a couple of thoughts by the group.Axel Hoos mentioned several years ago that many early immunotherapy studies were ceased due to the fact that the tumours increased in size and they later discovered that it was due to the invasion by the immune cells which were necessary to destroy the tumours. Leslie has mentioned a great immune response to HER-Vaxx so don’t we expect that the higher the dose, the increase in tumour size initially would affect the determination of PFS in earlier stages? Studies also report that chemo destroys B cells, not T cells.
