SkyWater traded last night (Aussie time) without making any announcement or a trading halt or suspension.
Americans posting on Reddit knew about the release of information by market-eye before midnight our time.
We do not know at what point Skyt (Nasdaq code) management knew about the the release of information regarding the "incomplete negotiation" as acknowledged by WBT announcement of a voluntary suspension.
It will be interesting if SKYT say anything tonight on Nasdaq.
