Here's a little recipe that you may need to cook up soon.
It's for Humble Pie.
Asculpeous was force fed it as a child but as an adult eats it on a voluntary basis as it's so good for the soul:
2 cups of confession
2 cups of contrition,
season with sins of omission and sins of commision
work in as many pints of making amends as required to mix to paste,work well
then allow to rise.
Bake as long as required in a hot oven
Eat slowly
