re: Ann: GML: Directors' Statement re Tak... The GML board has to reject the CTO offer at current CTO price level. Which is good as I dont want CTO to take over GML and have my CTO shares further diluted. Gold is rising and CTO is "on the cusp" so I am just waiting now.
