Being pushed down today today when Sydney is slowly starting to open up.
At these prices its on a yield of 5.97 % plus franking which is fine by me for a well run company even if covid is impacting them at the moment.
At some point their business will pick up as people are still going to be improving their living conditions whilst other things are unachievable.
I have just topped up again at 3.85 and are in for the long term even if their is a little bit of pain in the short term.
