Outrageous. Decisions are being made in the ordinary course of business, and they aren't run by the Chairman and the CEO? Ridiculous.
As a note, we were, at that time, about ASX's 300th largest customer. I can imagine that if a staff member walked in to the CEO's office and said "I'd like to talk to you about iSignThis", the CEO's response would've been "who?". This doesn't make it to their level.
On the flipside, JK's admission that the CEO and Chairman weren't involved completely removes any notion of a corporate strategy to take down a competitor. Anyone spouting those conspiracy theories should now retract.
