Institutional and Sophisticated Investors sell into the rising market and like the mist disappear.
Those buying in a rising market before the new shares are released should be mindful that there may be some selling pressure from the 9th. Of course there may not be, however past experience has seen those funding the capital raises exit.
Money to be made for those actively watching.
