I’m not saying it’s a cover up but it would be nieve to think government departments don’t work together or have relationships between each other. If you don’t think someone at ASIC (who is in a lawsuit with ISX) didn’t ask someone at the tax department to look into this guy you’re kidding yourself. But it’s JK taking the tax department to court not the other way around. Also if you think it’s coincidental AUSTRAC also has looked into ISX in the last two years you’re again being nieve. Who’s next to have a look at them the department of foreign affairs. It’s about time someone had a more detailed look at ASX apart from ASIC who is so in bed with them they can’t possibly regulate them.
