Maybe do a bit more reading and look at the measures they actually took to get rid of it, including shutting down a rather large port facility. Unlike the Western world they have proven they will take whatever measures are required to stop it in its tracks, not wishy wash measures because people may not like tough action to stop it, NSW is a classic case.
