Seeking documents potentially relevant to those matters. So, NO, Nuix is not under investigation. My guess: ASIC has completed reviewing PwC docs and are now reviewing Nuix docs to see if there were any gaps left out, if at all, 'potentially'.
Someone will be under investigation only if something is found to be out of place or manipulated falsely.
