• Head of M&A was appointed in April 2021.
• Currently working through a number of capability based and
customer base acquisition opportunities in the business segment.
• Exploring customer base acquisitions for the residential segment
but opportunities with scale are limited.
• Expecting to make at least one acquisition in 1H FY22.
