I calculate BUB have about 5 Quarters of Cash and Cash Equivalents left. Under ASX Rules you need to raise prior to this value falling below 2, so expect the timing for the next CR to be Q1 2022, probably immediately following H1 results. The raise will be in the order of another $40M / 100M Shares. On a current issue of 612,229,998 Shares X $0.42 = $263M market cap, it is effectively a further dilution of 16% on an EPS basis.
Therein lies the problem with making poor decisions and wasting money on bad strategy, during Kristy's conquest to greatness. By the time IT gets there, the EPS are so diluted from continued capital raises at lower and lower share prices, you never see a return to previous share highs on a P/E basis. Bullshit the intangible asset impairment "doesn't matter".....
I strongly suspect there will be further stock write off beyond the $12M in this report, at end of H1, which need to be declared at H1.
I expect BUB to trade $0.35 - $0.45 between now and Jan 2022, with the typical false glimmers of hope during this period.
