there are already 2 billion shares on issue so they will not be doing a 10:1, that would mean 20 billion shares. A 1:10 would be more realistic but I don't know what it would achieve apart from the share price being 10 times the amount and there being 1/10th of the shares.

For such a large amount of funding I cant see how SDL can't part with a percentage of the company. The most important thing though is that the project gets up and running and if dilution is a factor in that happening than so be it. After all SDL could have 100bt of ore but if you cant get it to market than its piratically worthless. Hopefully it is not to large though.

It has been mentioned that the world bank or IMF could possibly fund part/all of the project at a very low interest rate in order to increase the productivity of Cameroon. Not to sure of the validity of that but others might know more.
