Since it seems difficult to comprehend, think of your holding as a percentage of the assets and liabilities and also revenues and profits and losses of the entity combining ISX+ISXFEU.

If you own 1.37% of ISX previously you will own 1.37% of ISX+ISXFEU.

Your equity remains the same.

And i am also surprised that people cant grasp share consolidation.
Nothing changes when selling shares as far as profits go. Whether you are issued @10 for 1 or 100 to 1 or 1 to 1.  Simple maths people.
