It's interesting you found it in the 2020 Annual Report - here's the same section for Intangible Assets in the 2021 report:



As I said, I'm no patent expert but reading the opinion of the patent office, and understanding there is no patent listed in intangible assets leads me to the very safe conclusion they don't have it, at the very least, in a manner where they think it is of commercial value.
