o.k. I don't know if others got an e-mail but I did,

basically they are saying they are on track to reach mineralisation by late Sep

Now I have sent one back saying the reported delay is what shareholders have been concerned about and what they have been e-mailing for.

I will wait a day or so for a reply on that, I asked for a response on that in the way of an ASX release, which I think is called for.

I also asked where the company is at with negotiations with Denison, I am told they have ongoing discussions so maybe wont get more on that yet.

But think they should clear the air on these reports.

I don't think they will have a problem, and from what we are told "decline operations are ongoing" I don't think they have had any effect on operations, well if it proves there is a delay then I have suggested there could be a disclosure issue.

Seeing the e-mail I was sent yesterday refers to ongoing operations I would have to assume there has not been a real delay, but I have resent this link and asked for an explanation on this.

The company does not do much in the way of keeping shareholders informed, however as the report says, production planned for next 12 months is worth US$25 Mill and more if as expected uranium price increases.

I would urge more shareholders to ring the company to ask the same questions if they are not happy with lack of updates, the more the better.
