Just in case you missed my earlier post confirming that the 2008 patent was assigned by Peter van der Made to Brainchip the following link takes you to the scene of the crime.
I say crime as this is what killed off Intel and IBM and everyone else trying to get ahead of Brainchip and closing the at least 3 year lead.
