Don't know why you choose to be so condescending and elitist, when stock picking is a pseudo-science built with many uncontrollable and non-public factors. As an example, I previously consulted for an ASX200 company that was that had gaping internal issues and clear downside, while the stock price rose and rose before crashing on earnings. The stock market is irrational and valuations for companies that don't have current profitability is even more speculative.

Explain why you see a two year expiry date on this company? Their cashflow and past CRs don't indicate this, so BD1 very well could be $2-$10 in the next 2 years, not $10+ / $0.

I expect BS1 is much more than 2 years away from a profitable, mature company. Clinical studies and reworking product take time, it doesn't happen overnight.
