Hi Slade
I think this is the most astute observation of the day maybe even the week, month or year.
I used to love the way the former CEO triedand keep Anil Mankar and Peter van der Made on script not revealing more than they had agreed and sometimes particularly at AGM's Peter van der Made's excitement for the technology would take over as it did when he described running an autonomous vehicle using only 100 AKD1000 chips for only $1,000 total cost.
Then having had Ken Scarince as the Investor Relations Manager for a period I came to realise quite quickly that Ken is an open book. Completely honest and not disclosing information was something, unless it was numbers in the accounts, that came very hard to him.
Then we have the natural sales and marketing man running the podcast Rob Telson. I mean sales people like to sell so keeping secrets is not their normal default position.
I have also been a very harsh judge of my ability to read people because well it was my bread and butter when someone was in the witness box. There was no place for conceit on my part in this regard. Getting it wrong and asking the wrong question could get the answer I did not want or more particularly my client did not want.
On this occasion however I am very sure of my above assessment of the players, so for me this podcast is either going to be one where everyone is scared to speak about anything at all, or the most revealing exciting discussion any shareholder in Brainchip might want to hear.
I have no idea which one it will be, but I cannot wait to find out, but I do not think there will not be any middle ground remembering that Peter van der Made will be speaking on delay where the US moderator Rob Telson is concerned and if Peter van der Made gets carried away with what they have achieved well....
I said some time ago that the big reveal of AKIDA technology was coming and with this podcast on the 7 September and the conference where Rob Telson presents on the 13 September it is looking like next week could very well be one to remember.
My opinion and speculation DYOR
