But still I have to ask the question...Is that a cup and handle formation I see on the PEN chart ?? The chart certainly satisfies several criteria.
* continuation pattern of an uptrend
* cup width several months wide
* handle width several weeks wide
If PEN can break 4.5c then theoretically it could shoot as high as 6.4c very quickly...(cup depth 1.9c. 4.5c + 1.9c = 6.4c)
I'm not getting too excited just yet..... Well Ok you got me...I'm lying. I am getting excited. I'm eager to see how this plays out.
