That was my interpretation of the announcement, and the interview was supportive of that view. It sounds like all the original terms of the JV was agreed on. Then FYI, which was working on additional "value adding opportunities", asked to include these as part of the JV? Overall just seems like more components than originally planned is now being included into the JV? I'm extremely baffled by the price action, but I just bought more so I can't complain. You only make money by seeing value where other people don't
