Just been looking thru the top twenty shareholders as announced on 19/6. This shows Pursell as having a direct holding of 33,872,762 shares. In a 3Y announced on 20/02 following the rights issue he claims 44,199,043 shares as a direct holding (plus 15,010,741 indirect). I cannot find any other 3Ys issued between these 2 dates (or since) for Pursell. It would seem either Pursell has the numbers wrong (possible given his recent form) or he has been selling without filing any 3Ys. Can anyone see where I have missed an announcement?
If my figures are correct then the ASX should be informed of this situation. It's anyones guess where the 58mill dump this morning came from.
