Hi all,
This post is directed at longer term holders who received MEIP distribution from old Novogen, hope one of you can help.
I only recently tried tracking down my holding with Computershare. I have the share certificate (or Direct Registration Advice) from 2014. Computershare advised that because there has been no activity on that holding for more than a certain number of years, the asset has been transferred to the state. They advised I contact the Unclaimed Property Division of Treasury Of Colorado, who keep emailing me that they'll look into it but they never do.
Has anyone been through this experience with their holding and if so find a solution? The holding is not huge ($20k) but I'd rather not surrender it.
Any help appreciated.

I had a similar problem, they asked me to update them and whether I still had them.
Got the runaround, it was a circular argument.
Also had a problem when my wife died, got the run around again until I finally got onto a bloke in the US, he was very helpful, his name was Michael Mcutcheon.
Good Luck. hope this helps?
