km how do you know sedco didnt consult nxs ? - they surely would have before makeing such a big decision .
And instos subscribing in this capital raising ??? - remebr this has been imposed by their bankers. lets wait and see - probably will go to private clients of the brokers who have been putting valuations much higher than market on the shares. - anyway this is speculation lets wait and see what the outcome is -
