After testing the 4.5c twice before I believe it should go through it convincingly this time.
Buyers not concerned about the spooked market due to Hangseng falling so far this week (no not you dhuyseng!)

PENO had some nice nibbles earlier too - it'll keep going, and as I said yesterday, percentage wise 1 tick for PEN's 4 ticks is similar percentage right now!
