If you read through the posts here, everyone is so feverish about an announcement that has been well flagged, adds very little detail, prob won't give us commerical details, and is no proof of the viability or commerciality of the product. Notwithstanding the above almost everyone on here is whipping themselves into a buying frenzy, without waiting to consider some of the above.
There will be plenty waiting to take advantage of the lack of consideration and sayings like buy the rumour sell the fact could well be in play here.
Remember the share price has gone from high $1 to looking to be north of $3 in anticipation of this.... again when it was well flagged... not sure why or how one commercial agreement which noone knows the terms of equates to share price moonbound.....just check out buddy tech to see another similar example to what's going on here....
