I agree, but not that we were suckers. We had no choice. It was a fail by management to sell 30% of the company for $40M.
Claiming only institutions would pay at 12c was a bad judgement call. That being said, that happens.
I have argued this point many times, and only those that got the 12c won on this deal - the institutions and some larger shareholders. The rest of us shareholders that were given miserly percentage of our holdings were left diluted. Again, that happens, not happy-and yes we are in a stronger position.
