Whilst it's actually irrelevant to SMN I wasn't aware Stephen Forman is a director of Pointsbet. It's certainly not mentioned in the Annual Report for Pointsbet, nor more recent ASX filings.
But what is relevant to SMN (and us shareholders) is that he has acted as guarantor for US$800,000, UNSECURED, for just a commercial rate of return. In effect he has enabled a very attractive transaction to proceed without having to go for a placement (= dilution), or share-based payment schedule.
In this day that is a very rare thing, and something we should admire.
