One important thing to keep in mind with the demerger is that you lose any small shareholder protections afforded to you in Australia in regards to ISXFEU, which is a very important bit to consider. (not that it really matters in todays non trading $0 effective value situation, but it might be an issue once trading of any kind resumes. )

I do disagree about the "clean" aspect, many investors will still paint it with the same brush while the court cases roll on as the outcome heavily impacts the perception of the legitimacy & competency of the organisation & its management team.

Otherwise I do agree on your final point. But it seems the company is hell bent on running away while at the same time claiming innocence.
