Hi guys.

I am interested in Valor and I am considering buying in next week. The only thing that is currently holding me back is my lack of knowledge of the history of this company.

It seems pretty clear the uranium bull market is finally upon us and with SPUT it seems to be happing much faster then most expected or hoped. I already hold a couple of U stocks and liked the uranium portfolio of VAL with some exciting claims in some of the best U ground in the world (I hold some 92E which is also in that area). I also like the other metals they have prospects for like Silver, rare earths copper and others which will all play a roll in the electrification of the world and will likely be in short supply.

However what has me somewhat concerned is looking at the fact that Valor has been around for quite a while and they have obviously gone through numerous cash raise to get to the very large SIO they have now.

Is there anyone here who knows a bit about this companies history? Have they recently gotten a new management or is it still the same people as 10 or 15 years ago? Have there been any large changes in the company recently that indicate this is now going a completely different direction?

Again I like what I am seeing but have been trapped in life style companies before and don't want to fall for that kind of "hot stock" again.

Any help would be appreciated.
