I would like to point out the translation you posted was not 100% correct.
No matter you use google or another translator it would be able to do it like a human.
To be clear, I am a native Chinese, I can easily tell it is a lawsuit between Ruimo(which is Vmoto in Chinese) and Suke( Soco Shanghai).
Vmoto and Soco set up a JV in China, but you can tell it is an ongoing lawsuit between JV and its 50% shareholder Soco Shanghai.
