Most copper mine goes as deep at 2500m deep. Also this is a brownfield project hence rocks has cool down substantially.

They have drilled at bottom of Silver Swan in 2019 without any issue.

Even Drill Drive is at around 1060m depth, no issue there. They just finished 60 holes at a depth of 1060m. At those depth, cool in summer and warm in winter. Easy.
