I prefer your interpretation but I took it that there were potential customers for the IP waiting on the commercial production run chip as final proof of concept and as the chip was delayed four months these IP customers were also delayed in signing up.
Either way four months is neither here nor there given I think I will still be in lock down in first quarter 2022.
The cheque will arrive in time to celebrate being able to leave home. LOL
