IPT possible 100 bagger?, page-661

Hi all, it's been a while since I posted here, but felt I should come back now that twelve months have passed since this thread started.

The market hasn't been kind to IPT for fairly self explanatory reasons, and unfortunately as shares dilute after years of promising exploration I can't see that changing. In my view only a big drill intercept will change the course of this company, but given the absence of such a thing for more than a decade, and the expense involved, I can't see it happening. Further, raising funds is going to be increasingly challenging and cause further dilution. There are already more than 2 billion shares on issue, and given the chart over the last 12 months.... enough said.

Thankfully, the share picking across the holders was more promising than our collective holdings in other speculative shares, proving that no one person is smarter than all of us.

This experiment has displayed the ability of retail holders to out perform every super fund in the country. Out of interest, I've conducted this same experiment on another share I own and that portfolio is up almost 20% for the year.

If ever there was an argument for diversification of your portfolio - there it is before you.

Finally - if ever there was a demonstration of why going long is better than going short, there it is again.
