See below - Looks like the company is setting up the customer service centre in Dallas.
One of the things I love about Spacetalk is they always look after the customer. This is crucial to create a long term sustainable business. Sometimes I call up the UK customer service centre (just to see the phone wait times, and it always goes straight through).
Have a look at our competitors such as XPLORA. They don't even have a number to call, you have to submit a query on their website. Frankly that is just not good enough if you're sitting there with an issue with your device.
