As Paul rightly said ZNO got dragged into being a 'global' company before they had time to plan a proper expansion strategy. Every ZNO shareholder (and non-holder) seems to have 'perfect' ideas for growing the company and a clear vision of what the future holds. It's not that simple. Paul's the CEO; he has a strategy, needs to execute it, manage the risks and grow the company. Anyone who thinks it's not a good strategy can sell, write it off as a bad investment, move on and apply learnings to their future investments. We need to give him a chance and I'm sure he's learnt a lot over the last 12 months.
I personally don't think we will hit 80-90% vaccination and the world will suddenly return to its pre-covid state. There'll be several challenges; it's likely to take years to attain herd immunity and a balance where healthcare facilities can cope and people and authorities are convinced it's time to let go. The truth is no one knows what will happen, and the question shareholders should be asking is: is it worth it or I'd prefer a much safer investment?
At this stage of ZNO's development I personally think the focus shouldn't be on big profits; what's more important is getting the product out there so it's known, tested, becomes a business and household name. ZNO doesn't have the cash to make this happen quickly. It's going to be slow; management will make mistakes and learn. We just need to be patient.
