They need to test the product and test again, they will need it likely modified and then test again. yes you have produced some and yes samples have gone out, but that was a while ago and that most likely an introduction to get attention. You would be reporting more pilot runs and more details if this was followed up to make it binding. Of late we have had zero information regarding this which means nothing is happening, nothing to report. You have 1 month to get somebody to a binding status and incorporated into the JV. That is a big ask as we know how long things take.
