Please share the name of another ASX company valued at +$400m with a board as shite for purpose as AXE.
I’m not attacking the ‘materials.’ I’m questioning the qualifications of the board to direct the business and it’s governance for all shareholders.
I’m happy to catch your rocket ship if it isn’t destined for a crash. I don’t expect it is but that doesn’t mean shareholders shouldn’t hold the board and management accountable every day.
Can Mo get in front of a camera this week? That executive chairman seems to hide and not want to be seen or heard.
