RE:point 4. isnt everyone feeling more concerned about asset sales? they were first announce last year and still nothing. delay after delay, all the meanwhile we approach more and more debt requiring refinancing.
if you list your house for sale, you have every reason to believe it will sell. if after 12months its still on the market i'd be concerned.
