they price in the next 30+ years of cashflow with ridiculously low equity premium. lol if you believe broker TP, look at their revenue/cashflow forecast not the TP.
seriously a warehouse that buys things other companies spend the R&D to make, and make money by renting those things out, trading above the high end of saas multiples, mind boggling tbh. imagine a car rental on 25x sales.
