I have not bought any shares into EPM but have watched it now since it first came to my attention earlier in the year. The concerns that I have are the background and connections to Shemisian which was my original check as they have had fingers in many pies as I mention below...



I have looked at Cerium previously on its original showing in EPM when EPM made the purchase acquisition earlier January and listed as Cerium/Rimbal/Greg Barnes........
as we know Rimbal also was owner of GML as Family Company of Greg Barnes. The Cerium site just has a few pictures showing I think EPM empty Well.....and listed as a Rare Earth
Cerium ended up with 80 million shares in EPM. now the other connection is the name Shemisian which is widely know in the Mining world having fingers in many PIES.......back history with GML and well known to GB as I have researched.

Bluejay Mining connection is Managing Director Rod Claude Mclllree previously Managing Director Greenland Minerals.

Now I also have some shares in Hastings Technologies previously owned by Robert Shemisian but now bought out by Lew now the owner

Now with all the above companies their are links back to to all the mentioned above. With regards to Shemisian as far as I can determine they have their fingers in many many pies

When you look further into the website there is nothing just to contact information
so a company with 80 million shares in EPM and rights for board appointment with 2 20 year old owners should certainly be raising questions from shareholders...Who is behind this company.....??
