    Now seems as good a time as any.

    The Africans are crying out to transfer wealth to the People.

    Dictators and self-serving Governments are no longer welcome in Africa.

    Simandou (150MTPA) has to be developed....despite the massive cost.

    With luck, Sangha can be a catalyst and further expolitation of resources in the region can be fast-tracked.
